Do you handle both the design and the construction?
Yes. We design it and we build it, all under one roof. That covers architecture, interiors, exteriors, and the construction itself, so you work with one team from the first sketch to the day you get the keys. A pure designer can’t build your project. A pure contractor can’t design it. We do both.
Can you work in Thai styles and sort out the permits?
Yes. We design in the style you want, whether that’s modern, tropical, or traditional Thai, and we know how the local building rules work. We handle the permits and approvals, so you don’t have to chase Thai paperwork in a language you may not read.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and scope. A condo interior moves faster than a full villa build. Once we understand your project, we give you a clear schedule up front and keep you updated at every stage, so you always know what’s happening and when.
Do you work across all of Thailand?
Yes. We take on projects across the country, with most of our work so far in Bangkok, Phuket, and Koh Samui. Tell us where your site is and we’ll come to you.
Do you do residential and commercial projects?
Both. On the residential side we design and build homes, condos, and villas. On the commercial side we do restaurants, hotels, and shops. Same architects, engineers, and designers either way, with 30+ years of combined experience behind your project.
Do you take on renovations, or only new builds?
Both. A good part of our work is renovation: taking a tired or dated condo, villa, restaurant, or shop and making it right, as well as building from the ground up. Tell us what you’ve got, and we’ll tell you what’s worth doing.
Can you manage a project if I’m not in Thailand?
Yes. Plenty of our clients aren’t in Thailand full-time. We run the whole project, send you regular updates and photos, and only move ahead on what you’ve signed off, so you don’t need to be on site for it to get done right.
