Our mission is simple: take a tired, dated, or worn-down space and make it right. With over 30 years of combined experience, we renovate and refurbish homes, condos, and commercial spaces across Thailand, giving the structure as much care as the finish.
We design and build around how you actually live and work, so the result is practical, comfortable, and made to last. One team handles it from start to finish, with clear plans, honest budgets, and a standard we’d be happy to call our own.

Meet Our Team
PM:AG started over eight years ago with three of us: architects Adeel Gilani and Raktiboon Wongthong, and interior architect Pireeya Sutthiphitak. We still run the firm ourselves, so you work with us directly, from the first sketch through to handover.
We’ve delivered projects of every size across Thailand, from private homes and condos to restaurants and hotels for clients like Anantara and Ramada. Different scales, same hands on the work.
